The ice pack was totally melted when it was delivered, and all the chocolate was either partially melted or fully melted. Florida has been really hot lately. I carefully unpacked all the chocolate and put it in the refrigerator. I left it all in there for 1 day. Everything is OK. More ice packs might have helped. I'm not going to fault Hammonds. I will still continue to purchase their products.
