  I can't believe how good this is I have tried ALL the Hammond’s bars and this is definitely my favourite. It reminds me so much of having stroopwafles in Amsterdam. Absolutely HEAVENLY, please please please add it to the normal collection!

  We scheduled our tour in advance, which I would recommend. It was short and simple, but it really hit the point of how much work goes into candy making, most of which here is still done by hand. We went on a weekend, so several departments weren't on that day, but still plenty to see. There's lots of history and hard-working people here. The staff was generally friendly, and at the end of the tour, we received a free sample. Candy prices were reasonable and a lot of variety to choose from. Kids loved it, and the tour is free.

  We just moved here and I surprised my kids and booked a free candy tour here. We had so much fun. The store was super clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a huge variety of different candies and treats. I cannot wait to go back!

  Bought a variety of candies. Tried to get everything they have been making for years. The lady at the counter was very nice. She let us go on the tour because some people didn’t show up for their scheduled tour. The guy in the back admonished us for not making a reservation and lectured us about the tour policy and how we should have gotten a reservation. I thought that was a little weird and aggressive. We didn’t do it on purpose. We’re on vacation and saw something interesting so we stopped by. Other than that we enjoyed the tour and I’m always a fan of any company that can keep it going for many decades.

  I didn't expect much from this considering it's a free tour, but I was blown away! The team provides so much detail around their process, and you're able to get up close and personal to see what really goes into their candy. Let me tell you - it's all entirely fresh! My favorite part of the tour was the Oops Room afterwards - snagged a bunch of delicious treats!
