Order took 3 weeks to arrive - no communication

We live in Colorado (same as Hammonds) and our order took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I reached out by phone and email for information, and was provided a bogus email (which bounced). It took 5 more days for any email to come - which was perfunctory information. Poor customer service.

Flavors aren't listed on the packaging..?

flavorful and delicious....however, no where on the packaging are the flavors listed. This seems like a major oversight
