Delightful flavor with just the right amount of crunch

Given the ingredients I wasn't sure what kind of flavor combo to expect but I'm definitely game for that sort of thing because I like salty and sweet. Hubby does not so it was a bit of a risk to buy something that is chocolate that has our salty favorites in it! When the candy bars arrived-- We only ordered midnight snack candy bar because it just sounded so interesting to me-- We dove right in. I was so delighted with the crunch and the flavor..and I am beyond pleased to see him really enjoying it just as much as I am. A treat for any time of year but it made a special snack this evening just before bed on Christmas Eve!

A chocolate bar without peer

Though I've tried literally thousands of chocolate bars over my lifetime, none eclipse Hammond's Midnight Snack. This confection really defies description, and is truly more than the sum of its ingredients. It's one of the few things I will order in bulk, overpay if necessary, and jealously guard from all comers. I hope Hammonds never stops making this. If you haven't tried it you owe it to yourself to order a few at least. The creamy chocolate, crunchy bits, salty bits, etc., meld together in a magical way. Their only shortcoming is that they never last long enough!
