Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

On baking sheet lay out individual squares of graham crackers and top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded spoonsfuls of dough onto the Smore bases on the baking sheet.
