    Water

    Cream of Tartar

    With lollipop molds of your choice, grease and set the molds aside.

    In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cream of tartar, and water and mix well. Bring the saucepan to a medium-high heat and let the mixture get to a boil. Cook the ingredients without stirring. Continue until the sugar water reaches 300 degrees F.

    Stir in flavoring and coloring.

    Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the greased molds. Once the lollipops are semi dry add lollipop sticks to the center and let the candy cool completely.
